无缝隙化护理对于CO_(2)点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射治疗大面积增生性瘢痕的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨无缝隙化护理在CO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射治疗大面积增生性瘢痕中的应用效果。方法77例大面积瘢痕增生患者分别采用两种不同的护理方式,其中常规护理方式43例(常规组),无缝隙化护理方式34例(无隙组)。结果无隙组治疗中患者疼痛评分低于常规组(P<0.05);无隙组患者护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);无隙组患者依从性高于常规组(P<0.05);无隙组治疗有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);无隙组治疗后并发症色素沉着发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙化护理可以切实减轻CO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射治疗中的疼痛感,改善患者治疗前后的焦虑情绪,提高患者治疗有效率和满意度,有效降低并发症的发生率。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-angle non-clearance nursing in the treatment of large area hypertrophic scar with CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection.Methods 77 patients with large area scar hyperplasia were treated with two different nursing methods,including 43 cases with conventional nursing method(routine group)and 34 cases with multi-angle non-clearance nursing method(multi-angle non-clearance group).Results The pain score of patients in the multi-angle nonclearance group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the multi-angle nogap group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the multi-angle no-gap group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the multi-angle non-gap group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications pigmentation in the multiangle no-gap group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-angle non-interstitial nursing can effectively reduce the pain in the treatment of CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection,improve the anxiety of patients before and after treatment,improve the treatment efficiency and satisfaction of patients,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
