响应国家号召,开展好科技创新管理,是科技创新管理者面临的重要任务。科技创新管理是企业转型升级的关键驱动力,项目管理、人才、创新激励是科技创新的有力支撑。该文首先阐述了科技创新管理在部分企业中存在问题:策划错误、缺乏刚性管理、创新动力不足。科技创新管理工作需要各企业结合自身企业模式和管理运行状况及时调整。后对企业科技创新管理做了探讨:以市场为引领,做好科技创新的规划设计,加大创新投入力度。加强科技创新体制机制建设,出台相关制度。依照项目周期,参照质量管理体系对科技项目分级、分过程管理,重点关注对项目的立项、实施、结项和评价的管理。重视科技人才,加强人才的培养、扩展奖励覆盖面,落实奖励。创建公平公正的科技创新氛围。

It is an important task for science and technology innovation managers to carry out the innovation management effectively.Scientific and technological innovation management is the key indicator for enterprise transformation and upgrading.And project management,talent and innovation incentive support the scientific and technological innovation strongly.This paper first expounds the problems existing in the management of scientific and technological innovation in some enterprises:wrong planning,lack of rigid management,lack of innovation power.The management of innovation needs to be adjusted in time according to their own enterprise mode and management status.Then the management of enterprise science and technology innovation is discussed:the market guides,plan and design the science and technology innovation better,increase the intensity of innovation input.We will strengthen institutional building for scientific and technological innovation and introduce relevant systems.According to the project cycle,the process management of scientific and technological projects is classified by referring to the quality management system with emphasis on the management of project approval,implementation,conclusion and evaluation.We should attach importance to scientific and technological talents,strengthen the cultivation of talents,expand the coverage of rewards,and implement rewards and create a fair and equitable atmosphere for scientific and technological innovation.The above measures have ensured the smooth implementation of the company's major projects.
