舞蹈学方向体育硕士专业学位研究生实践技能培养的功能分析

Functional Analysis on the Training of Practical Skills of P.E.Postgraduates Majoring in Dance

2020年研究生扩招19.8万,高校毕业生达874万,面对如此形势,如何打造舞蹈学方向体育专硕的职业素养、增加就业的砝码、拓展专业技能,该文认为加大对其的实践技能培养是一个较好的机制。鉴于此,该文采用文献资料法、实地参与式观察法与逻辑分析法,并结合笔者多年的一线教学经历,在价值工程理论的视域下,解析了舞蹈学方向体育专硕实践技能培养的功能,即提升舞蹈专业技能、拔高师生创新创业的践履、提高学生发展理念、优化教师教学方法、增加就业核心竞争力、激励学生的学习绩效。以期有益于深化对舞蹈学方向体育专硕实践技能培养的功能认知,有利于推动技能培养路径的实行,有益于增强人才培养质量品相的提升。

In 2020,the enrollment of graduate students will be 198000,and the number of college graduates will reach 8740000.In the face of such situation,how to build professional quality of sports master majoring in dance,increase the weight of employment,and expand professional skills,the article thinks that increasing the training of practical skills is a better mechanism.In view of this,this paper uses the methods of literature review,field participation observation and logical analysis,combined with the author's teaching experience for many years to analyze the function of training practical skills of P.E.majors majoring in dance from the perspective of value engineering theory.That is improving dance professional skills,improving teachers'and students'innovation and entrepreneurship practice,improving students'development concept and optimizing teachers'teaching methods,increasing the core competitiveness of employment and stimulating students'learning performance.It is expected to be beneficial to deepen the functional cognition of the practical skills training of physical education masters in the direction of dance,to promote the implementation of skills training paths and to enhance the quality of talent training.
