初中学生健康意识现状与培养策略探析

The Current Situation of Health Consciousness of Junior Middle School Students and Its Training Strategies

中学的健康教育是社会健康教育的基础和重点。中学生是我国人口的重要组成部分,他们正处于青春期生长发育的关键阶段,而健康教育则对促进人体生长与发育,保证身心健康具有积极的作用。因此,开展学校健康教育,不但能有效地促进学生身体的正常生长发育,增进在学习期间的身心健康,而且能为今后保持身心健康打下良好的基础。该文主要针对初中生健康状况不佳的现象进行分析研究,目的是增强初中生的健康意识。据调查研究,我国初中生或多或少在风险识别、预防风险、自制能力这3点上都存在缺陷,作为教育者,我们可以在课堂教育中通过风险体验、健康引导、柔性教育等不同方式来实现我们教育的目的,旨在提高初中生自我健康、安全防护意识,降低初中生遭遇风险的概率。

Health education in middle schools is the basis and emphasis of social health education.Middle school students are an important part of China's population.They are in the crucial stage of puberty growth and development and health education on the promotion of human growth and development.It has a positive role to ensure the physical and mental health.Therefore,the development of school health education not only can effectively promote the normal growth and development of students'bodies,improve the physical and mental health during the study period,but also can lay a good foundation for the future to maintain physical and mental health.This paper mainly analyzes the phenomenon of poor health of junior high school students in order to enhance the health awareness of junior high school students.According to the investigation and research,junior middle school students in China have more or less defects in risk identification,risk prevention and self-control ability.As educators,we can achieve our education objectives through risk experience,health guidance,flexible education and other different ways in classroom education,aiming to improve junior middle school students'awareness of self-health and safety protection and reduce junior middle school students'encounter wind probability of risk.
