摘要
教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员,教师的综合素养水平直接影响着人才培养的能力和质量,该综合素养即指教师的专业素养,包含道德素养、能力素养、知识素养、人格素养等。基于以上几类素养提升的要求,构建了常识常态测评系统,该文阐述了该系统的构建内涵及意义,体现了常识常态性问题对教师综合素养提升的直接作用。
A teacher is a professional who performs the duty of education and teaching.The comprehensive quality level of a teacher directly affects the ability and quality of talent cultivation.The comprehensive quality refers to the professional quality of teachers,including moral quality,ability quality,knowledge quality,personality quality,etc.Based on the requirements of the above several kinds of quality improvement,this paper constructs the common sense normal evaluation system.This paper expounds the connotation and significance of the system and reflects the direct role of the common sense normality on the improvement of teachers'comprehensive quality.
