安徽省农村空巢老人的养老困境与对策研究——基于安徽省52个县(区)的问卷调查

Situation of Empty-nesters Care in Anhui Rural Areas and Some Improvement Measures Based on the Questionnaire of 52 Counties and City Districts

通过对安徽省52个县(区)发放762份问卷进行调查,发现安徽省农村空巢老人在养老方面存在群体差异显著、亲族支持力度减弱、对土地养老依赖大、社会化养老服务缺失、农村养老保障体系不完善等问题。安徽省空巢老人多集中在农村地区,要化解农村空巢老人的养老困境问题应从重视老人群体内部差异;增加老人收入,完善保障制度;加强政策支持,保障政策落实;构建多元化农村养老服务体系;厘清各方责任,保证养老质量等方面着手。

Based on the investigation 762 of questionnaires issued by 52 counties and cities in Anhui province,it was found that there were some problems such as group differences were significant,family support had weakened,relyed heavily on land for pension,lacked of social pension services,rural old-age security system was imperfect and so on.Most of the empty-nesters in Anhui province were concentrated in rural areas.We should Increase the income of the elderly,improve the security system,strengthen policy support to ensure policy implementation,construct a diversified rural old-age service system,clarify the responsibilities of all parties to ensure the quality of old-age care.
