文章基于前景理论和双循环格局,探讨了双循环格局下深化丝路沿线邮政快递跨境供应链变革及推进策略问题。首先,对深化丝绸之路沿线邮政快递跨境供应链变革的基础进行分析。其次,分析了深化丝绸之路沿线邮政快递跨境供应链变革面临的突出问题。最后,明确了构建丝路沿线全链路邮政快递跨境供应链动态激励机制、质量预警和追溯机制、关系协调机制。研究形成了具有一定特色的丝路沿线邮政快递跨境供应链变革理论支撑范式,对深化丝路沿线邮政快递跨境供应链变革具有较高的理论指导意义和实践参考价值。

Based on the prospect theory and the dual cycle pattern,this paper discusses how to deepen the reform of the cross-border supply chain of postal express along the Silk Road and its promotion strategies.Firstly,the paper analyzes the basis of deepening the reform of cross-border supply chain of postal express along the Silk Road.Then,it analyzes the major problems in deepening the reform of cross-border supply chain of postal express along the Silk road.Finally,the dynamic incentive mechanism,quality early warning and traceability mechanism and relationship coordination mechanism of the full link postal express cross-border supply chain along the Silk Road are defined.The research has formed a theoretical support paradigm of cross-border supply chain reform of postal express along the Silk Road,which has high theoretical guiding significance and practical reference value for deepening the reform of cross-border supply chain of postal express along the Silk Road.
