基于“互联网平台+微信群”在乳腺癌手术患者全程管理中的应用

Application of“Internet Platform and WeChat Group”in the whole management of breast cancer surgery patients

目的探讨基于“互联网平台+微信群”在乳腺癌手术患者全程管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年7~12月收治的乳腺癌手术患者109例纳入对照组,接受常规健康宣教;2020年1~6月收治的乳腺癌手术患者105例纳入试验组,采用常规健康宣教加“互联网平台+微信群”全程护理干预模式。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁水平、健康宣教知晓率及依从性、血栓发生率、就医体验和满意度。结果干预后两组患者焦虑、抑郁水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者健康教育知晓率和依从性高于对照组,血栓发生率低于对照组,就医体验和满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“互联网平台+微信群”全程护理管理模式虽不能有效缓解患者的负性情绪,但可显著降低血栓发生率,提高健康教育的知晓率和依从性,提高患者的就医体验和满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of“Internet platform and WeChat group”in the whole management of breast cancer surgery patients.Methods One hundred and nine breast cancer surgery patients treated in our hospital from July to December 2019 were included in control group,and 105 breast cancer surgery patients treated from January to June 2020 were included in experimental group.The control group received conventional health education while the experimental group received conventional health education plus“Internet platform and WeChat group”full care intervention mode.The differences in anxiety,depression level,health education awareness and compliance,thrombosis,medical experience and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of anxiety and depression level after intervention was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the awareness,compliance of health education,patients'medical experience and satisfaction were higher but the rate of thrombosis in the experimental group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Although the whole nursing management mode of“Internet Platform and WeChat Group”cannot effectively alleviate the negative mood of patients,it can significantly reduce the rate of blood clots,improve the awareness and compliance of health education,and improve the patient's medical experience and satisfaction.
