摘要
本文介绍了Na变质和Sr变质对4004合金性能的影响,两种变质工艺生产的4004合金扁锭无论成分、组织、性能差异均不大,但Na变质对设备影响较大,而Sr变质成本较高,就质量而言,使用Sr变质工艺更为合理。
The effects of Na modification and Sr modification on the properties of 4004 alloy are introduced.The difference in composition,microstructure and properties of 4004 alloy ingots produced by the two modification technologies is not significant.However,Na modification has a great impact on equipment,while Sr modification costs a lot.In terms of quality,it is more reasonable to use Sr modification technology.
