摘要
本文介绍了现场总线智能仪表在驰宏锌锗铅锌冶炼中的应用,总线智能仪表的特点和优势,FF总线控制系统体系结构和FF智能仪表及其控制回路组态,Wireless Hart仪表在驰宏锌锗多膛炉的配置及组态,AMS对智能仪表的管理和诊断功能以及为工厂带来的效益。
This paper introduces the application of Fieldbus intelligent instrument in Chihong Zinc&Germanium lead zinc smelting,the characteristics and advantages of bus intelligent instrument,FF control system architecture,FF intelligent instrument and its control loop configuration,and configuration of wireless Hart instrument in Chihong Zinc Germanium multi hearth furnace,management and diagnosis function of intelligent instrument by AMS,and benefits brought to the factory.
