人居环境科学理论下的老旧社区微更新策略探究——以昆明篆新农贸市场片区为例

Research on Micro-renewal Strategies of Old Communities under the Scientific Theory of Human Settlement Environment——A Case of Zhuan Xin Farmers’Market Area in Kunming

在我国快速城市化的进程中,城市人口急速增加,导致居住区迅速扩张,大量的老旧社区给城市更新带来巨大的压力和挑战,其环境无序、空间拥挤、设施落后、管理混乱等问题亟待改变。以昆明篆新片区老旧居民小区为例,在人居环境科学理论体系下剖析问题并提出更新策略,以期为老旧社区环境提升改造提供指导。

In the process of rapid urbanization in our country,the urban population has increased rapidly,leading to rapid expansion of residential areas.A large number of old communities have brought huge pressure and challenges to urban renewal,and there are many problems needing to be changed urgently,such as disordered environment,crowded space,backward facilities,and chaotic management,and so on.Taking the old residential area of Zhuan Xin area in Kunming as an example,this paper analyze the problems and proposes renewal strategies under the scientific theoretical system of human settlements,with a view to provide guidance for improving the environment of the old community.
