探索医养结合养老模式在实践中的运用——以中铁三局中心医院改造为例

Exploring the Application of the Model of Combining Medical Care and Elderly Care in Practice——A Case of the Transformation of the Central Hospital of China Railway Third Bureau

随着我国人口结构老龄化程度的进一步加深,养老资源的稀缺和不均衡等矛盾日益显现,特别是高龄老人在老年人口中的比重不断上升,这意味着老年人对医疗服务的需求将不断加剧。"医养结合"理念的提出,为解决养老问题提供了全新的思路,旨在探索现行条件下新型并具备可操作性的养老模式,对养老问题的解决具有很强的指导作用。本研究以太原市小店区中铁三局中心医院为例,进行医养结合改造,探索老企业医院转型升级与医养结合养老模式的一种合理结合,并有一定的典型性和借鉴意义,能够推广至全市乃至全省,为盘活医疗冗余资源,缓解养老压力提供切实可行的解决办法。

With the further deepening of the aging of the population structure in our country,the scarcity and imbalance of elderly care resources have become increasingly apparent,especially the proportion of the elderly in the elderly population is rising,which means that the elderly’s demand for medical services will continue to intensify.The concept of"combination of medical care and elderly care"provides a new idea for solving elderly care problems.It aims to explore a new and operable elderly care model under current conditions,which has a strong guiding role in solving elderly care problems.This paper takes the Central Hospital of China Railway Third Bureau in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan as an example to carry out the transformation of integrated medical care and elderly care,and explores a reasonable combination of the transformation and upgrading of old enterprise hospitals and the integrated medical care and elderly care model,and has certain typicality and reference significance.It can be extended to the whole city and even the whole province to provide practical solutions for revitalizing redundant medical resources and alleviating the pressure on the elderly.
