摘要
目的:探讨不同来源胶原蛋白对体外培养人真皮成纤维细胞(HDF-a细胞)生长的影响。方法:用不同浓度、不同来源胶原蛋白的培养基培养HDF-a细胞,考察样品对体外HDF-a细胞生长的影响。结果:12批不同来源胶原蛋白中,4批样品能抑制HDF-a细胞生长,其他8批样品则能促进HDF-a细胞的生长。结论:胶原蛋白对HDF-a细胞的生长有着促进的作用,但在皮肤损伤创面治疗中,需对不同来源胶原蛋白仔细甄别,以防误用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of collagen from different sources on the growth of human dermal fibroblasts(HDF-a cells)in vitro.Methods:HDF-a cells were cultured in different concentrations and sources of collagen,the effect of the sample on the growth of HDF-a cells in vitro was investigated.Results:Among the 12 batches of collagen from different sources,4 batches of samples could inhibit the growth of HDF-a cells,while the other 8 batches of samples could promote the growth of HDF-a cells.Conclusion:Collagen can promote the growth of HDF-a cells,but in the treatment of skin injury wounds,different sources of collagen still need to be carefully screened to form clinical rational drug use.
