摘要 本文综述了国内外经前臂动脉(桡/尺动脉)入径经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的发展历程和近年来的技术进步,尤其是评价了经前臂动脉(桡/尺动脉)入径微创化PCI的效果、安全性及其临床意义,展示出我国经前臂动脉(桡/尺动脉)入径PCI在数量和某些技术方面的领先优势。经前臂动脉(桡/尺动脉)入径PCI不仅具有局部血管入径获益,而且兼具全身整体获益,是具有广阔应用前景的微创化PCI技术。 This review summarizes generally the development history and recent technical progress in the percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with trans-forearm artery approach via radial and ulnar arteries,especially,evaluates the effect and safety as well the benefit with this minimal interventional technology in China,these technical progress presents China's leading superiority at list in application quantity and certain technical quality.It is not only obtains local benefit in the vessel access but also integral benefit in whole patient's life,and will have a bright broad prospect in PCI.
