横轴式截割减速器动载特性的灵敏度分析

摘要 以某横轴式截割减速器齿轮传动系统为例,基于Solidworks和ADAMS建立了其虚拟样机模型,进行不同结构参数下的系统动力学仿真分析,并结合正交试验设计及多元线性回归分析,开展了齿轮结构参数对系统动载特性的灵敏度分析。分析结果显示,各级齿轮模数及齿宽系数对系统动载特性影响较为显著,压力角和第I级斜齿轮传动螺旋角对系统动载特性影响较小。分析结果可为横轴式截割减速器分析及设计提供技术参考。 Taking the gear transmission system of a horizontal shaft cutting reducer as an example,the virtual prototype model was established based on SolidWorks and ADAMS,and the system dynamics simulation analysis under different structural parameters was carried out.Combined with orthogonal experimental design and multiple linear regression analysis,the sensitivity analysis of gear structure parameters to dynamic load characteristics of the system was carried out.The analysis results showed that the modulus and tooth width coefficient of each stage of gear had a significant impact on the dynamic load characteristics of the system,while the pressure angle and the helical angle of the I-stage helical gear drive had little influence on the dynamic load characteristics of the system,which could provide technical reference for the analysis and design of the horizontal shaft cutting reducer.
