摘要
根据井下使用的特殊工况,对毫米波雷达系统算法作出了进一步优化,并对雷达信号处理单元及通信电路进行部分调整,使其符合煤矿安全标准的要求。该系统实现了声光报警,通过显示器可以实时看到障碍物的具体位置,方便驾驶人员采取措施。通过计算与障碍物的碰撞时间,对碰撞可能性进行预判,实现设备自身采取制动措施的目的,提高了驾驶的安全性。
According to the special working conditions used in the mine,the algorithm of millimeter wave radar system was further optimized,and the radar signal processing unit and communication circuit were partially adjusted to meet the requirements of coal mine safety standards,the sound and light alarm was achieved,the specific position of obstacles can be seen in real time through the display,which can be convenient for drivers to take measures.By calculating the collision time with obstacles,the collision possibility can be predicted to achieve the purpose of braking measures taken by the equipment itself and improve the safety of driving.
