摘要
根据蓄电池铲板式支架搬运车铲叉的主要结构尺寸,通过选取合适的材料和采取适当的加工工艺,提高了铲叉的综合机械性能。依据理论计算对铲叉进行受力分析,验证了铲叉的强度和刚度。采用有限元分析法对铲叉进行数值模拟,降低了铲叉的应力集中,可为铲叉的设计提供参考。
According to the main structure size of the shovel fork of the spade support carrier with storage battery,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the shovel fork were improved by selecting appropriate materials and adopting appropriate processing technology.According to the theoretical calculation,the force analysis of the fork was carried out to verify the strength and stiffness of the shovel fork.The finite element analysis was used to simulate the fork to reduce the stress concentration and provide reference for the design of the fork.
