煤矿井下车辆燃油断油器故障分析及改进

摘要 煤矿井下车辆所用防爆柴油机的一些重要指标达到一定要求时必须自动停机。作为实现煤矿井下车辆自动停机的执行元件,燃油断油器是防爆柴油机上最重要的零部件之一,燃油断油器的工作质量直接影响着煤矿井下车辆的安全。通过对燃油断油器的结构及安装方式进行分析,提出调整安装位置、安装距离及连接结构解决燃油断油器常见故障的措施,从根本上减少了防爆柴油机无法停机故障的发生。 When some important indexes of explosion-proof diesel engine used in underground coal mine reach certain requirements,it must stop automatically.As an executive component to realize the automatic shutdown of underground vehicles in coal mine,the fuel cut-off device is one of the most important parts on the explosion-proof diesel engine,and its working quality directly affects the safety of underground vehicles in coal mines.Based on the analysis of the structure and installation mode of the fuel cut-off,the measures to solve the common faults of the fuel cut-off by adjusting the installation position,installation distance and connection structure were proposed,which could fundamentally reduce the occurrence of the failure of the explosion-proof diesel engine to stop.
