摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌易感基因1(breast cancer susceptibility gene 1,BRCA1)和乳腺癌易感基因2(breast cancer susceptibility gene 2,BRCA2)在散发性甲状腺癌中的表达和意义。方法应用免疫组化法,检测散发性甲状腺癌中BRCA1和BRCA2的表达,共选取对照组39例,散发性甲状腺癌组57例。结果对照组中BRCA1有39例(100.00%)表达阳性,甲状腺癌中有38例(66.7%)表达阳性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中BRCA2有37例(94.9%)表达阳性,甲状腺癌中有24例(42.1%)表达阳性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BRCA1与BRCA2表达与患者年龄和肿块直径有关(P<0.05)。在散发性甲状腺癌中,BRCA1与BRCA2表达间呈强相关关系(γ=0.660,P<0.05)。结论BRCA1和BRCA2表达下降可能与散发性甲状腺癌的发生和发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic thyroid cancer,and to explore the relationship between BRCA1 and BRCA2.Methods The expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic thyroid cancer was detected by immunohistochemical probiotics peroxidase ligation,39 cases of the control group and 57 cases of thyroid cancer group were selected.Results In the control group,BRCA1 was positively expressed in 39 cases(100%)and thyroid cancer in 38 cases(66.7%),with statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05).In the control group,BRCA2 was positively expressed in 37 cases(94.9%)and thyroid cancer in 24 cases(42.1%),with statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 was related to age and tumor diameter of the patients(P<0.05).There was a strong correlation between BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic thyroid cancer(γ=0.660,P<0.05).Conclusion The decreased expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 can be related to the occurrence and development of sporadic breast cancer.
