PAX2在早期子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与其手术预后的相关性

Study on the Expression of PAX2 in Early Endometrial Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Surgical Prognosis

目的观察配对盒基因2(paried-box gene 2,PAX2)在早期子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并分析其与子宫内膜癌手术预后的相关性。方法以60例早期子宫内膜癌的患者作为研究对象,患者均实施常规开腹手术,免疫组化(SP法)检测患者癌组织及癌旁组织中PAX2的表达差异,Spearman分析其与患者手术预后相关性。结果与癌旁组织相比,子宫内膜癌患者癌组织中PAX2表达阳性率及相对表达量均显著增加(P<0.05);随访过程中子宫内膜癌复发患者4例,复发率6.67%;复发患者与未复发患者的癌组织中PAX2表达阳性率及相对表达量均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);而复发患者和未复发患者癌旁组织中该指标表达阳性率及相对表达量相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);与未复发患者癌组织相比,复发患者癌组织中该指标表达阳性率及相对表达量也均显著增加(P<0.05);患者预后与PAX2表达阳性率和相对表达量均呈显著正相关(γ均>0,P均<0.05)。结论PAX2在早期子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,并与患者术后复发情况显著相关,可作为早期子宫内膜癌患者手术预后及指导的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the expression of paired box gene 2(PAX2)in early endometrial cancer tissues,and analyze its correlation with the prognosis of endometrial cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with early endometrial cancer were taken as research subjects,and immunohistochemistry(SP method)was used to detect the difference of PAX2 expression in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Spearman analyzed its correlation with the prognosis of patients.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,the positive rate and relative expression of PAX2 in cancer tissues of patients with endometrial cancer increased significantly(P<0.05);In the follow-up process,4 patients with endometrial cancer recurred,the recurrence rate was 6.67%;The positive rate and relative expression of PAX2 expression in cancer tissues of relapsed patients and non-relapsed patients were significantly higher than those of adjacent tissues(P<0.05);However,there was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate and relative expression of this index in the tissues adjacent to cancer between relapsed patients and non-relapsed patients(P<0.05);Compared with cancer tissues of non-relapsed patients,the positive expression rate and relative expression of this index in cancer tissues of relapsed patients also increased significantly(P<0.05);The positive rate of PAX2 expression and the relative expression of patients were significantly positively correlated(allγ>0,P<0.05).Conclusion PAX2 is highly expressed in early endometrial cancer tissues,and it is significantly related to the postoperative recurrence of patients.It can be used as a reference for the surgical prognosis and guidance of patients with early endometrial cancer.
