铝合金表面的磁控溅射钛涂层研究

摘要 采用磁控溅射技术在2A12铝合金试样上制备了钛涂层,以改善铝合金在含氯离子环境中的耐蚀性。检验了溅射和未溅射钛涂层的试样的表面形貌。通过电化学腐蚀试验研究了溅射时间对试样在3.5%氯化钠溶液中耐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:溅射钛涂层的试样表面光滑致密,延长溅射时间可进一步提高其耐蚀性。100 W功率、溅射40 min以上制备钛涂层的合金的耐蚀性能比无钛涂层的合金提高了1倍以上。 A type of titanium coating was prepared on 2A12 aluminum alloy by the aid of a magnetron sputtering process to improve corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys exposed to environment containing chlorion.The surface form of the samples without and with titanium coating was checked,and the effect of sputtering times of corrosion resistance of the sample exposed to 3.5%sodium chloride solution was investigated by an electrochemical corrosion test.The experimental results showed that the sample with the titanium coating exhibited smooth and dense surface,its corrosion resistance would be further improved by increase in sputtering time.Corrosion resistance of the alloy with titanium coating which was fabricated by magnetic control sputtering at power of 100 W for at least 40 min was two or more times that of the alloy without the titanium coating.
