摘要 一变压器铅黄铜线夹使用了约10年时发生开裂。对开裂的线夹进行了宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、断口分析及能谱分析。结果表明:线夹的化学成分和显微组织基本正常,但发生了应力腐蚀,并伴随有脱锌现象,从而导致其开裂。 A transformer clamp made of lead brass cracked when used for about 10 years.Macro-check,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,fracture testing,and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS)analysis were carried out for the cracked clamp.The result showed that the clamp exhibited basically allowable chemical composition and microstructure but undesired stress corrosion,and was accompanied with dezincification,thus resulting in its cracking.
