摘要 随着世界各国相继提出各自国家层面的制造业发展战略,虚实融合的智能化制造成为了新目标,导致传统的管控方式无法满足新的需求。数字孪生的出现,恰好可以解决此问题。基于此,根据数字孪生的技术内涵和相关文献资料,针对数字化车间的转型升级,提出数字孪生车间集成管控系统框架,并在实际项目中得以验证。 As countries around the world have successively proposed their own national-level manufacturing development strategies,the intelligent manufacturing of virtual and real integration has become a new goal,which has led to traditional management and control methods that cannot meet new needs.The emergence of digital twins can just solve this problem.Based on the technical connotation of digital twins and related literature,this article proposes a digital twin workshop integrated management and control system framework for the transformation and upgrading of digital workshops,and it has been verified in actual projects.
