摘要
针对某新型汽车门锁产品的横向强度不足的问题,设计了一系列结构加强方案。运用LS-DYNA建立有限元仿真模型并进行强度分析,通过试验证明了新设计的有效性。该汽车门锁具备足够的强度,可以为同类汽车门锁的结构设计提供借鉴和参考。
This paper studies the improvement of transverse strength of a new type of automobile door latch product,a series of structural strengthening method were designed,using LS-DYNA to establish a finite element analysis model and carrying out a strength simulation analysis.Corresponding test is carried out to prove the effectiveness of the design,and finally the latch has sufficient strength,which can provide reference for the structural design of similar car door latches.
