我国工业发展中,机械设计制造及其自动化技术普及程度仍稍显不足,成本也未能达到预期,节能成为了当前相关部门研发工业自动化机械制造的主要方向。基于此,分析机械设计制造及其自动化的特点及现状,探讨机械设计制造及自动化中节能设计思想的运用和节能设计的实际应用,分析节能设计在机械设计制造及其自动化技术中的前景,希望对节能设计理念的推广和发展有所帮助。

China’s industrial machinery design and manufacturing and automation technology popularization is still slightly insufficient,and the cost has not reached the expected level.Energy saving has become the main direction for relevant departments to research and develop industrial automation machinery manufacturing.This paper analyzes the characteristics and status quo of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation,and then discusses the application of energy-saving design ideas and practical application of energy-saving design in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation.Finally,it analyzes the prospect of energy-saving design in mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation technology,hoping to help promote and develop the concept of energy-saving design.
