摘要
基于一种航空产品耐压检测的液体增压试验台的液压增压系统,利用AMESim液压仿真软件对系统进行仿真。通过优化增压泵参数,研究增压泵对整个系统性能的影响,从而满足整体设计方案的技术要求。具体的优化方法和规律能普遍适用于各种液压气动增压试验台的性能指标优化,具有实用意义和借鉴价值。
Based on a hydraulic pressurization system of a liquid booster test bench for aeronautical product pressure detection,the system is simulated by AMESim hydraulic simulation software.The parameters of the booster pump are optimized to meet the technical requirements of the overall design scheme.This paper studies the influence of booster pump on the performance of the whole system,gives the concrete optimization method,finds some rules,and can be widely used in the optimization of performance indexes of various hydraulic and pneumatic booster test beds.It has both practical significance and reference value.
