摘要 在采用固定路径导航技术的厂房中,当自动导航车(Automated Guided Vehicles,AGV)的运行路径需要调整时,AGV无法快速、方便地更改运行路径。针对这一问题,提出一种基于颜色识别图像处理技术的导航方案,AGV通过路口不同颜色的指示灯判断前进方向;当需要调整运行路径时只要改变指示灯颜色即可,可以减少AGV固定路径导航中路径更改时的经济和时间成本。 In the field of AGV navigation,when the operation path of AGV needs to be adjusted,it is impossible to change the operation path quickly and conveniently for the plant with fixed path navigation technology.In order to solve this problem,a navigation scheme based on color recognition image processing technology is proposed.AGV judges the direction through different color indicator lights at the intersection.When it needs to adjust the running path,it only needs to change the color of the indicator light,which can reduce the economic and time cost of path change in AGV fixed path navigation.
