高层建筑外墙喷涂机器人的结构设计与仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前国内高层建筑室外人工粉刷困难及危险的问题,提出了一种高层建筑外墙喷涂机器人(以下简称“喷涂机器人”)的设计方案。分析了喷涂机器人吸附、喷涂的工作原理,采用SolidWorks建立了喷涂机器人的三维装配模型,主要包括驱动、吸附、喷涂、电控部分,对关键部件进行有限元分析,并设计了喷涂机器人的控制系统。该喷涂机器人可有效地解决高层建筑外墙壁人工喷涂困难及危险的问题,促进建筑行业的发展。 In view of the difficulty and danger of outdoor manual painting of high-rise buildings in China,a design scheme of spraying robot for high-rise building exterior walls(hereinafter referred to as spraying robot)was proposed.Firstly,the working principle of the spraying robot’s adsorption and spraying was analyzed.Secondly,SolidWorks was used to establish the 3D assembly model of the spraying robot,mainly including the driving,adsorption,spraying and electric control parts,and the finite element analysis was carried out on the key components.Finally,the control system of the spraying robot was designed.The spraying robot can effectively solve the difficult and dangerous problems of artificial spraying on exterior walls of high-rise buildings and promote the development of construction industry。
