双轮铣绞盘支架的有限元分析和优化

摘要 以某型号双轮铣绞盘支架为研究对象,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行仿真分析,得到了绞盘支架的应力分布情况。应用优化模块对它的结构进行拓扑优化,得到了绞盘支架结构材料的最优分布,使其在满足力学性能的前提下,减轻自重,提高材料利用率。 Taking a certain type of double wheel milling winch bracket as the research object,with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS the simulation analysis is carried out by workbench,and the stress distribution of winch support is obtained.The topology optimization of its structure is carried out by using the optimization module,and the optimal distribution of winch support structure material is obtained,so as to reduce the self weight and improve the material utilization rate on the premise of meeting the mechanical properties.
