摘要
当前市场上大量的液压挖掘机存在机械零件使用寿命低和优化不科学等问题,严重影响液压挖掘机的性能。为了延长液压挖掘机的使用寿命,确保液压挖掘机能够可靠、稳定和安全地运行,优化其动臂结构十分重要。因此,在分析动臂结构开裂问题的基础上,分析动臂结构的受力情况,并提出相应的改进方案,以期为相关设计人员提供借鉴和参考。
At present,a large number of hydraulic excavators have the problems of low service life of mechanical parts and unscientific optimization model,which seriously affect the operation performance of hydraulic excavators.In this context,in order to prolong the service life of hydraulic excavators and ensure the reliable,stable and safe operation of hydraulic excavators,it is particularly important to strengthen the structural design and optimization of the boom Important.Based on the analysis of the boom structure cracking problem,this paper analyzes the force situation of the boom structure,and studies the improved design of the boom structure.It is hoped that this study can provide effective reference for designers.
