摘要
介绍了3D打印技术的概况,重点分析了3D打印技术在船舶与海洋工程领域的研究与应用现状,主要涉及利用3D打印制备涉海物件和将海洋资源作为3D打印材料两大方面。3D打印在制备适应海洋环境的材料、船舶及船上用零部件、海洋工程装备,以及海洋塑料垃圾、海洋贝类材料的利用方面具有广阔的前景,能对经济发展和环境治理起到显著作用。
A survey of 3D printing technology is introduced.The research and application status of 3D printing technology in ship and ocean engineering is emphatically analyzed.It mainly includes two aspects of preparing objects related ocean by3D printing and using ocean resources as 3D printing materials.It is pointed out that it has broad prospects to preparing the materials suitable for the marine environment,the parts of or for ship,the marine engineering equipment by 3D printing,and to carrying on 3D printing with marine plastic waste and marine shellfish material.In this way,a significant role will come into being on economic development and environmental protection.
