干熄焦一次除尘器1DC(1Dust Catching)属于重力沉降槽式除尘装置,该装置主要对藏于循环气体中的粗粒焦粉进行过滤、拦截与处理,从而减少粗粒焦粉对锅炉炉管的冲刷磨损,降低炉管出现破损等风险。基于此,结合实际,分析干熄焦一次除尘排灰系统常见故障以及相关改进措施。

The primary dust collector 1De(1dust catching)is a pre dust removal equipment in the CDQ process,which is located between the CDQ furnace and the CDQ boiler.Its function is to preliminarily separate the large particle coke powder in the circulating gas by using the gravity principle,so as to reduce the erosion and wear of the boiler tube(mainly the pipe of the secondary superheater)caused by the large particle coke powder.In this paper,combined with the actual situation,the paper mainly analyzes and discusses the common faults and relevant improvement measures of the primary dust removal and ash discharge system of CDQ,hoping to bring some help for related work.
