Analysis on Manufacturing Process Difficulties of Railway Wagon Radial Bogies

转向架是铁路货车的走行部,其中径向转向架是铁路货车转向架中的一种铸钢三大件式转向架。因此,分析径向转向架的轮轴、轮对径向装置、摇枕组成及侧架等关键零部件的制造工艺难点,提出控制措施,以确保转向架制造质量满足行车安全。

Bogie is the traveling part of railway wagon,radial bogie is a kind of three piece cast steel bogies in railway wagon bogies.This paper analyse the manufacturing process diffculties of the key parts of the radial bogie,such as the composition of the wheel axle,the radial device of the wheel set,the composition of the bolster and the composition of the side frame,propose control measures,ensure the bogie manufacturing quality to meet the driving safety.
