武汉抗疫1号方治疗社区隔离人群发热的疗效分析

Analysis of the effi cacy of Wuhan Anti-epidemic No.1 Recipe in the treatment of fever in community isolated population

目的探索武汉抗疫1号方治疗武汉社区隔离状态发热人群的疗效,分析中医药在“武昌模式”中防治新冠肺炎的效果。方法采用病例系列报告的方法,对武汉地区多个社区隔离状态发热人群进行观察性研究;通过“渔歌医疗平台”记录患者相关信息和诊疗数据,以发热治愈时间和治愈率为主要疗效指标,分析武汉抗疫1号方对隔离状态发热人群的疗效。结果纯中药武汉抗疫1号方的疗效优于非纯武汉抗疫1号方人群,纯中药武汉抗疫1号方发热中位治愈时间为1 d、治愈率为82.7%,非纯中药组治疗发热中位治愈时间为2 d、治愈率为62.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4类发热人群使用纯中药武汉抗疫1号方治疗,发热中位治愈时间均为1 d,治愈率:状态不明者66.7%、密切接触者75.0%、疑似病例80.8%、确诊病例92.6%。对于确诊病例,使用纯中药武汉抗疫1号方与非纯中药的发热中位治愈时间均为1 d,治愈率分别为92.6%、75.5%。结论纯中药武汉抗疫1号方对于隔离状态发热人群的疗效优于非纯中药组,1 d可以看到明显的退热效果;其具有“通用方”的特性,不仅对确诊病例有效,也适合疑似病例、密切接触者的防治,为武汉抗疫1号方治疗新冠肺炎提供了证据。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Wuhan Anti-epidemic No.1 Recipe in the treatment of febrile population isolated in Wuhan communities,and to analyze the eff ect of traditional Chinese medicine in the“Wuchang Mode”in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Methods An observation study was carried out on the isolated febrile population in a number of communities in Wuhan by case series report method.Based on the patient information and diagnosis and treatment data recorded by“Yuge Medical Platform”,the efficacy of Wuhan Antiepidemic No.1 Recipe on the isolated population with fever was analyzed,with the fever cure time and cure rate as the main effi cacy indicators.Results The effi cacy of pure TCM Wuhan Anti-epidemic No.1 Recipe was better than that of non-pure Chinese medicine group.The median cure time of the former was 1 day and the cure rate was 82.7%,while the median cure time of the latter was 2 days and the cure rate was 62.7%(P<0.05).However,for the 4 kinds of fever patients treated with pure TCM Wuhan Anti-epidemic No.1 Recipe,the median cure time was all 1 day,without any distinction,yet respectively,the cure rate was 66.7%in patients with unknown status,75.0%in close contacts,80.8%in suspected cases and 92.6%in confi rmed cases(P>0.05).For confi rmed cases,though the median cure time with non-pure Chinese medicine group was also 1 day,its cure rate was 75.5%,dramatically lower than that with pure TCM Wuhan Anti-epidemic No.1 Recipe(P>0.05).Conclusion The effi cacy of pure Chinese medicine Wuhan Anti-epidemic No.1 Recipe is better than that of non-pure Chinese medicine group for feverish population in isolation,and obvious antipyretic eff ect can be achieved in 1 day.It has the characteristics of a“universal prescription”,not only eff ective for confi rmed cases,but also suitable for the prevention and treatment of suspected cases and close contacts.The agreeable effi cacy provides a solid evidence for the treatment of COVID-19 with Wuhan Anti-epidemics No.1 Recipe.
