经皮穴位电刺激预防浆细胞性乳腺炎手术患者术后恶心呕吐的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation on Preventing Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting in Patients with Plasma Cell Mastitis Surgery

目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)预防浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)手术患者术后恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法于2019年1月至2019年8月期间,于我院收治的且行慢性溃疡修复术的86例PCM患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将纳入对象分成观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组不予以电刺,观察组患者在麻醉诱导前予以TEAS。比较两组术后不同时间点的恶心、呕吐发生率和VAS评分。结果观察组术后6h、术后12h恶心发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后12h呕吐发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6、12、24h的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TEAS预防PCM手术患者术后恶心呕吐的临床效果良好,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with plasma cell mastitis(PCM)surgery.Methods From January 2019 to August 2019,86 patients with PCM treated in our hospital and who underwent chronic ulcer repair were the research subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the subjects into observation and control groups,with each group 43 cases.The control group was not given electroacupuncture,and the observation group was given TEAS before induction of anesthesia.The incidence of nausea and vomiting and the VAS score at different time points after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nausea in the observation group at 6 h and 12 h after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of vomiting at 12 hours after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAS has an excellent clinical effect in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing PCM surgery and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
