通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响观察

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Angina Pectoris in Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月在我院诊治的200例冠心病心绞痛患者,将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组(100例)予以常规药物治疗,实验组(100例)在对照组的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗,对比两组患者血浆一氧化碳(NO)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、内皮素(ET)及肱动脉血管舒张功能(FMD)等情况。结果治疗后两组患者NO均升高,且实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者TXB2、ET均降低,且实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者FMD均升高,且实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊应用于冠心病心绞痛患者,效果显著,可有效改善其血管内皮功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on vascular endothelial function in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.Methods 200 patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in the hospital between December 2018 and December 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the control group(100 cases treated with conventional drugs)and the experimental group(100 cases treated with Tongxinluo capsule based on the treatment for the control group).Plasma carbon monoxide(NO),thromboxane B2(TXB2),endothelin(ET),and brachial artery flow-mediated diameter(FMD)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NO in both groups increased,and NO in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).TXB2 and ET in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the two indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMD of both groups increased,and the FMD of the experimental group was significantly larger than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule effectively treats patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,and it can effectively improve vascular endothelial function.
