针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围手术期的应用

Targeted Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients with Uterine Fibroids and Diabetes

目的探索研究针对性护理干预对于子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的应用方法及效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年10月期间收治的子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者70例作为研究对象并随机分组,对照组35例均接受常规护理,研究组35例均在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理。结果研究组术后正常排气、下床活动、住院及切口愈合时间均显著性少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组相关血糖指标水平均明显低于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率仅为2.85%,显著性低于对照组(20.00%,P<0.05)。结论对于子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者积极实施针对性围手术期护理干预,临床效果十分明显,有助于控制和降低并发症发生率,控制和降低血糖值,有助于改善预后促进康复。

Objective The paper explored the application and effects of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes.Methods 70 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into groups,35 patients in the control group received routine care,based on which 35 patients in the study group received targeted nursing.Results After the operation,the exhaustion,off-bed activity,time for hospitalization,and wound healing in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels of the two groups were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the levels of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.85%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes can effectively control and reduce the incidence of complications and blood glucose level,and it can help to improve prognosis and promote recovery.
