西安市住宅建筑节能设计策略研究

Research on Energy Saving Design Strategy of Residential Buildings in Xi’an

近年来,建筑节能已经成为建筑设计行业发展的总趋势,作为占我国建筑总面积4/5的住宅建筑的节能设计更是重中之重。本研究以西安市某典型住宅楼为例,对其进行室内外环境的数据采集,发现该地区住宅建筑节能方面存在的问题,并结合西安地区气候特征提出针对该地区的住宅建筑节能设计策略,为今后西安地区住宅建筑节能设计和老旧住宅楼改造提供方法和借鉴。

In recent years,building energy-saving has become the general trend for the development of architectural design industry.As residential buildings account for 4/5 of China’s total building area,their energy-saving design is particularly the most important.Taking a typical residential building in Xi’an as an example,this paper collects the data of indoor and outdoor environment,finds out the problems existing in the energy-saving of residential buildings in this area,and puts forward the energy-saving design strategies of residential buildings in this area according to the climate characteristics of Xi’an,so as to provide methods and references for energy-saving design of residential buildings and transformation of old residential buildings in Xi’an.
