Family Power and Role Evolution of Rural Young Women under Family Management Strategy

在发展导向的家庭行为中,农村年轻女性婚后主动作出角色转变与行为调适,选择回归家庭。不同于已有社会参与视角中的年轻女性地位建构研究与家庭结构视角中的年轻女性角色嵌入性研究,年轻女性耦合进家庭结构是一种以经营家庭为目的的行为策略。年轻女性回归家庭行为,是以牺牲个人发展机会与个体社会角色为代价,获得家庭结构的完整与家庭发展的活力,同时,也为年轻女性赢得家庭角色和家庭权力,过着无压力的生活。然而,年轻女性的耦合性家庭参与是当下婚配市场、村庄结构与农业生产共同作用的结果,体现了现代家庭中个体与家庭的关系转变。

Under the development-oriented family management strategy,rural young women take the initiative to make role change and behavior adjustment,choose to return to the family.Different from the research on the status construction of young women with social orientation and the research on the role embeddedness of young women with family orientation,young women’s coupling into family structure is a behavior strategy based on family management.The return of young women to the family is at the expense of their individual development opportunities and individual social roles,in order to achieve the integrity and vitality of the family structure,while also earning young women family roles and family power and living a stress-free life.However,young women’s coupling family participation is the result of the marriage market,village structure and agricultural production,which reflects the transformation of the relationship between individuals and families in modern families.
