摘要
钛酸盐发光材料在固态照明领域有较好的应用前景,其中钛酸盐体系的红色荧光粉所表现出的优异光学性质在一定程度上可弥补当前白光LED照明色温偏高、显色性低的不足。与此同时,在光存储照明领域,Pr^(3+)掺杂的钛酸钙红色长余辉材料,因物理化学性质稳定、发光颜色纯正,具有十分重要的研究价值。文章阐述了几种制备钛酸盐发光材料的方法以及相关研究状况。
Titanate luminescent materials have a good application prospect in the field of solid state lighting, among which the excellent optical properties of red phosphors based on titanate system can make up for the shortcomings of high color temperature and insufficient color rendering of current white LED lighting to some extent. At the same time, Pr^(3+) doped calcium titanate red long afterglow material has a very important research value in the field of optical storage lighting because of its stable physical and chemical properties and pure luminous color. In this paper, several methods of preparing titanate luminescent materials and related research status are described.
