摘要 文章研究了一种通过树莓派硬件系统开发,可实现电源箱防雷、电源箱内空气断路器远方及现地控制、断路器位置信号远传的智能物联设备。在施工作业和应急抢险作业现场,智能电源箱可快速与上一级电源形成合理的级差配合关系,缩短电源搭接时间,避免后级用电负荷发生故障造成的越级跳闸;智能电源箱设计具有防大气过电压功能,能降低大气过电压带来的用电设备损坏以及人员触电风险。此外,智能电源箱还有现地、远方控制功能,能满足不同场景的使用需求,在需要远方分合闸和发生人员触电等异常情况需紧急切断电源时,可快速在远方操作电源,减少人力支出,提升施工作业、应急抢险电源使用的安全性。 This paper studies a kind of intelligent IoT device which can realize lightning protection of power supply box, remote and on-site control of air circuit breaker in power supply box and remote transmission of circuit breaker position signal through the development of raspberry pie hardware system. In the construction operation and emergency operation site, the intelligent power box can quickly form a reasonable coordination relationship with the upper level power supply, shorten the power lap time, and avoid the leaping trip caused by the failure of the later level power load. The design of intelligent power box has the function of anti-atmospheric overvoltage, which can reduce the damage of electric equipment and the risk of electric shock caused by atmospheric overvoltage. In addition, the intelligent power box also has on-site and remote control functions, which can meet the use needs of different scenes. When the power supply needs to be cut off in the distance, it can quickly operate the power supply in the distance, reduce the human expenditure, and improve the safety of the construction operation and emergency rescue power supply.
