论在线教育发展的公平问题 被引量:26

摘要 在线教育在新冠肺炎爆发时期得到了大规模应用,取得良好效果的同时,其教育公平问题获得关注;疫情防控进入常态化背景下,在线教育作为教育改革的重要抓手和传统教育的有益补充,有必要深入分析其对教育公平的作用问题。文献分析发现,在线教育与公平的关系存在促进与阻碍两类观点;实践分析表明,在线教育促进教育公平的同时,产生了数字鸿沟问题,在设备使用、信息能力、学习环境等方面存在差异。因素分析指出,技术条件、学习准备、家庭教育、家校合作是在线教育影响教育公平的核心要素。为此建议,精准在线教育设施投入,保障准入公平;提高信息技术素养,保障学生使用公平;改进家庭教育,创设在线教育支撑环境;深入推进家校合作,形成协同育人格局。 Online education has been applied on a large scale during the period of COVID-19 outbreak.It has received good results and focused on educational equity.Under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,as an important starting point of the education reform and a useful supplement to traditional education,it is necessary to deeply analyze the role of online education in education equity.The literature review shows that there are two kinds of views on the relationship between online education and equity:promotion and hindrance.The practical analysis shows that while online education promotes educational equity,there is a digital divide in terms of equipment use,information capability,learning environment and so on.The factor analysis points out that technical conditions,learning preparation,family education and home-school cooperation are the core elements of online education affecting educational equity.Therefore,it is suggested to invest in accurate online education facilities to ensure fair access,improve information technology literacy to ensure students fair use,to improve family education and create a supportive environment for online education,and promote home-school cooperation to form a pattern of collaborative education.
