放射性药物的实习教学体会

The Practice Teaching Experience of Radiopharmaceuticals

放射性药物是一门多学科融合、理论与实践并重、复杂且充满挑战性的课程。随着精准医学时代的到来,放射性药物进入了发展的高速期,不仅激发了对相关从业人员的巨大需求,更对从业人员的职业技能和素质提出了更高的要求。笔者长期从事放射性药物的实习带教工作,对带教过程和人才培养有一些思考。本文将从放射性药物实习的特点、存在的问题及对策这三个方面展开讨论,以期提高实习的教学质量,提升学生的操作技能、创新思维等综合素质。

Radiopharmaceutical is a multidisciplinary,complicated and challenging course with equal emphasis on both theory and practice.With the advent of the era of precision medicine,radiopharmaceutical has showed a fast development,which not only stimulates the huge demand for relevant practitioners,but also creates forward higher requirements for the professional skills and quality of the practitioners.The author has been engaged in the practice teaching of radiopharmaceutical for a long time,and has some thoughts on the teaching process and personnel training.In this paper,the authors discussed the characteristics and existing problems of the practice course of radiopharmaceutical,as well as the countermeasures to the problems,aiming at improving the teaching quality of the practice course and enhancing the comprehensive quality of students,which includes but not limits to operation skills and innovative thinking.
