摘要
在当代高风险社会,基础设施面对扰动事件是否具有足够的应对能力得到越来越多的关注,而韧性理论为实现基础设施可持续运营提供了重要的参考价值.采用科学知识图谱分析法,利用CiteSpace软件,针对WoS数据库2000—2018年基础设施韧性评估核心文献展开计量分析,通过文献分布、共现分析、共被引分析等归纳基础设施韧性评估研究经历了初步探索、平稳发展、快速增长3个显著阶段,客观揭示出基础设施韧性评估的3大知识域,明确“相互依赖的基础设施网络韧性”、“多重事件攻击下的韧性”、“韧性提升措施”等为研究热点及前沿,归纳现有基础设施韧性评估的定性及定量方法,并提出基础设施韧性评估的优化方向.
In the contemporary high-risk society,more and more attention has been paid to whether infrastructure has adequate response capacity to disturbances,and the theory of resilience provides approaches for its sustainable operation.Adopting the scientometric analysis with the tool of CiteSpace software,the articles(2000—2018)relating to infrastructure resilience assessment in the WoS core collection database are analyzed.Through literature distribution,co-word analysis and co-citation analysis,this paper summarizes that the research of infrastructure resilience assessment has gone through 3 stages:preliminary exploration,steady development and rapid growth,and reveals 6 knowledge domains,and also defines“interdependence of infrastructure network resilience”,“multi-event attack”and“the measures of resilience”as the Hotspots and Frontier Research.In addition,the existing qualitative and quantitative methods of infrastructure resilience assessment are summarized,and the optimization directions of infrastructure resilience assessment are put forward.
