重大公共突发事件下我国体育产业的危机与转机

The Crisis And Turning Point of China's Sports Industry Under Public Emergencies

在新冠肺炎疫情对我国体育产业造成巨大冲击的背景下,基于体育产业的自身特征和现阶段社会需求,探求体育产业面对重大公共突发事件的风险化解能力和发展路径,旨在推动经济新常态下我国体育产业的健康发展。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对体育产业发展带来的总体影响以及危机与变革进行理论剖析和实践探索。研究表明,短期内体育产业增速将进入调整期,产业规模将处于放缓状态;从长远看,我国体育产业仍处于高速增长期,发展潜力突出,未来不会改变其昂首向前的良好态势。研究认为,应从“增信心、盯目标、调结构、抓改革、促创新、搭平台、补短板”等七个方面采取应对措施,促进我国体育产业转“危”为“机”,实现逆势上扬。

In the context of the huge impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on sports industry of China,based on the characteristics of the sports industry and current social needs,the ability of sports industry to resolve risks and development paths in the face of major public emergencies will be explored to promote economic innovation and the healthy development of sports industry under normal conditions.Using literature method and logical analysis method,conduct theoretical analysis and practical exploration on the overall impact of the development of the sports industry,as well as the crisis and change.Research shows that in the short term,the sports industry will enter a platform period,and the growth rate will be slowing down;in the long run,the sports industry is still in a period of rapid growth with outstanding development potential and will not change its good momentum of heading forward in the future.This study believes that measures should be taken from seven aspects:“increasing confidence,focusing on goals,adjusting structure,grasping reforms,promoting innovation,building platforms,and making up for shortcomings”to promote the transformation of China’s sports industry from“crisis”to“opportunity”and to make rising happen.
