新冠肺炎隔离病房内医务人员应激(压力)反应与心理韧性现状及相关性研究

Status quo and correlation between stress response and psychological resilience among medical staff in isolation ward for novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的:探讨新冠肺炎隔离病房内医务人员应激(压力)反应与心理韧性的状况及其相关性。方法:采用应激(压力)反应问卷、心理韧性量表对成都市某三甲传染病医院98名新型冠状病毒隔离病房内医务人员进行调查,应用Pearson相关分析研究两者的相关性。结果:新型冠状病毒隔离病房内医务人员的应激(压力)反应与心理韧性总分在性别、年龄、学历等一般资料上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与普通医务人员常模相比,新冠肺炎隔离病房内医务人员在应激(压力)反应总分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在心理韧性总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。应激(压力)反应与心理韧性呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与普通医务人员相比,新冠肺炎隔离病房内医务人员应激(压力)反应程度一致,但心理韧性较高;新冠肺炎隔离病房内医务人员的心理韧性水平越高,应激(压力)反应程度越低。因此,积极关注新冠肺炎隔离病房内医务人员的心理韧性,有助于降低其应激(压力)反应程度。

Objective:To investigate the stress response and psychological resilience of medical staff in isolation ward for novel coronavirus pneumonia,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:Stress response questionnaire and psychological resilience scale were used to survey 98 medical staff in isolation ward for novel coronavirus pneumonia in a 3A infectious disease hospital.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between stress response and psychological resilience in these medical staff.Results:Medical staff in isolation ward for novel coronavirus pneumonia showed no significant difference in the total scores of stress response and psychological resilience between different gender,age,educational background,etc(P>0.05).Compared with the norm of general medical staff,there was no significant difference in the total score of stress response(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the total score of psychological resilience(P<0.01).And there was a negative correlation between stress response and resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical staff in isolation ward for novel coronavirus pneumonia has the same stress response as the general medical staff,but the psychological resilience is higher.The higher the resilience level,the lower the stress response.Therefore,actively improving their resilience can help to reduce the degree of stress response.
