叙事护理联合巴林特小组干预对护理实习生共情能力的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Narrative Nursing Combined with Balint Group Intervention on Nursing Interns Ability of Empathy

摘要 采用组间对照的方法,对参加基础护理学集中教学实习的嘉兴学院40名试验组学生开展叙事护理实践,并进行每周1次、每次90 min、共3次的巴林特小组活动。实习前后均采用杰弗逊共情量表-学生版(JSE-NS)对学生的共情能力进行测评,并比较实习前后两组学生的共情能力水平。结果显示,试验组学生的共情能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-13.038,P<0.001)。叙事护理联合巴林特小组干预方式可提升学生的共情能力,帮助其正确认知护患关系,规范专业行为,同时也有利于学生的身心健康。 The method of control group was adopted in this study.A total of 40 Jiaxing University students who participated in the teaching practice of fundamentals of nursing were selected as an experimental group to join in a narrative nursing practice,taking part in Balint group activities for 90 minutes once a week and 3 times in total.Before and after the internship,the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Nursing Student(JSE-NS)was used to evaluate their ability of empathy and the levels of the empathy ability of the experimental group and the control group were compared.The results showed that the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(t=-13.038,p<0.001).This indicates that narrative nursing combined with Balint group intervention can improve students ability of empathy,help them correctly understand the relationship between nurse and patient,and regulate their professional behavior,and is also beneficial to their physical and mental health.
