煤炭企业高质量发展评价体系研究

新时代背景下煤炭企业高质量发展对于保证国家能源安全、强国战略至关重要。本文明确煤炭企业高质量发展的基本内涵,理清发展的总体思路,围绕经济发展、创新驱动、生态绿色、安全健康、集约高效、和谐共享、开放合作等七大发展理念,构建现代煤炭企业高质量发展评价指标体系,同时确定了各个评价指标的分级标准,在改进模糊综合评价模型的基础上创新性地构建煤炭企业高质量发展评价模型,最后对煤炭企业所处的发展阶段进行讨论。结果表明:煤炭企业总体处于高质量发展初级阶段,企业之间发展差距相对较大;生态绿色、经济发展水平相对较高,创新驱动、安全健康、集约高效亟需提升。通过建立的煤炭企业高质量发展评价体系可为煤炭企业高质量发展模式的制定、发展路径的设计提供科学有效的依据。

The high-quality development of coal companies in the context of the new era is crucial to ensuring national energy security and a strong country strategy.The authors clarified the basic connotation of high-quality development of coal enterprises,clarify the overall thinking of development,and build on the seven development concepts of economic development,innovation-driven,ecological green,safety and health,intensive and efficient,harmonious sharing,and open cooperation to build a modern coal enterprise The quality development evaluation index system,at the same time determined the classification criteria of each evaluation index,based on the improvement of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,innovatively build a coal enterprise high-quality development evaluation model,and finally discuss the development stage of the coal enterprise.The results show that coal enterprises are generally in the primary stage of high-quality development,and the development gap between enterprises is relatively large;ecological green,economic development is relatively high,innovation-driven,safe and healthy,and intensive and efficient need to be improved.The established high-quality development evaluation system for coal enterprises can provide a scientific and effective basis for the formulation of high-quality development models and the design of development paths for coal enterprises.
