微创结合四手操作拔除老年下颌阻生齿的临床应用

Clinical effect of minimally invasive combined with four-handed technique in extraction of impacted mandibular teeth in the elderly

目的:观察应用微创结合四手操作技术在老年患者下颌近中阻生齿拔除中的临床效果。方法:随机选取并分组下颌近中阻生齿老年患者128例,分别使用微创结合四手操作技术、常规技术进行阻生齿拔除术。对操作时间、术中患者自我感受、术后局部反应进行比较观察,数据采用统计学软件SPSS 22.0进行分析处理。结果:应用微创结合四手操作技术组拔牙手术用时、患者自我感受、术后反应均明显小于常规技术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创结合四手操作技术在老年人下颌近中阻生智齿的拔除中有明显的优势和应用前景。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive combined with four-handed technique in extraction of impacted mandibular teeth in elderly patients.Methods:128 elderly patients with mandibular mesial impacted teeth were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the experimental group were treated by minimally invasive combined with four-handed technique.The patients in the control group were treated by hammering and sacral crown method.The operation time,intraoperative self-perception and postoperative local reaction were compared and analyzed.Results:When using minimally invasive combined with four-handed technology,the patient’s self-perception and postoperative local reaction were significantly less than those in the hammering and sacral crown method treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Minimally invasive combined with four-handed technique has obvious advantages and application prospects in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth in the elderly.
