口腔临床实习生与老年患者医患沟通能力的思考

Thought on improving the doctor-patient communication ability between dental clinical interns and elderly patients

目的:探讨口腔临床实习生与老年患者医患沟通能力的问题,并归纳总结教学过程中提高口腔临床实习生医患沟通能力的有效措施。方法:在口腔临床教学中,采取加强实习生沟通课程建设、探索培训实习生的教学方法和手段、强化口腔临床实习生与老年患者在语言沟通方面的技巧、完善口腔临床带教老师及实习生考评体系等一系列有效的措施。结果:多种措施联合应用可提高口腔临床实习生与老年患者的医患沟通能力。结论:有效的医患沟通利于实习生了解老年患者的病情,促进其战胜口腔疾病的信心,有助于构建和谐的医患关系。

Objective:To explore the communication skills of dental clinical interns with elderly patients,and summarize effective measures to improve the communication skills of dental clinical interns during the teaching process.Methods:During the dental clinical teaching process,we strengthen the construction of interns communication courses,explore teaching methods for training interns,enhance the ability of dental clinical interns in language communication with the elderly patients,and improve evaluation system for dental clinical teachers and interns.Results:The combined application of these measures can improve the communication skills between dental clinical interns and elderly patients.Conclusion:Effective doctor-patient communication is helpful for interns to understand the condition of elderly patients,promote their confidence in overcoming oral diseases,and help build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
